Some of the club members took advantage of an opportunity to ride the Skyline Drive on the free National Parks weekend. Even thought the SD is local to us, we all agreed we'd not been on it in years. So we saddled up our rain gear and 6 bikes took off. We rode the entire Drive, from Waynesboro to Front Royal, stopping for lunch at the Big Meadow Lodge. We were in and out of rain, and rainsuits, but in spite of some rain, it was a great ride! Click the pictures to check out our exploits, especially the tunnel rats!
